Rattna Koul, father of Mr. Sunil Koul, Mr. Anil Koul, Mrs. Suman Koul, Mrs. Sunita Raina, Mrs. Lovely Pandita, originally R/o Amnoo, P/o Kulgam, district Kulgam, Kashmir, presently living in Lane No. 13, Flat No. 02, Building No. 66, Jagti, Jammu, left us all for his heavenly abode on 20th July, 2017, in, Delhi. As it is the First Death Anniversary, we would like to remember his presence. He was working as a Petition Writer in Relief Commissionery. We wrote your name on our hearts and it will forever stay as long as we live.
